Café Hitchcock a part of The Hitchcock Restaurant Group, led by James Beard-nominated Chef Brendan McGill, is looking for qualified individuals to fill positions for one of our Bainbridge Island locations. We want people with an interest in local, hand-crafted food and drink.
Our restaurant group is dedicated to creating an outstanding dining experience from food to service and everything in between. We are currently searching for someone who holds the same high standards we do:

-The ability to multi-task and work well in a high-volume work environment. We’ll be serving a variety of food and need cooks who are versatile, energetic, and ready to make it happen.

Please be neat, clean, and able to work on an open line. Our kitchen is in full view of the public and requires some interaction with guests.
We are located on Winslow Way, "downtown" Bainbridge. We're an easy walk on/off the ferry and invite applicants from Seattle and Bainbridge alike.
