Prep Cooks; Line Cooks:
Be able to work independently, and use time wisely, i.e. getting ahead on prep or cleaning during quiet moments.
Be able to stay calm and cool under pressure, especially during peak times
Maintain a clean work environment
Proven strength working and communicating within a team
Previous experience required
Food worker permit required
creativity a plus!
Dishwasher:
Able to work independently
Strong and reliable work ethic
Ability to handle high-volume
A fun, upbeat, friendly attitude
Organizing dishes and vendor delivery
Storing kitchen equipment and supplies
may include bussing tables at peak times
experience helpful but not required
Food worker permit required
could work into kitchen role
Servers:
Knowledge of POS
Bartending experience a plus
Pull tab experience a plus
Willingness to learn, especially the menu
Greet customers, take orders, serve food/beverages, clear tables
Do all assigned side work
Enjoy working in a fast paced, high volume diner setting, however, there are slow times
Create repeat customers by providing attentive and friendly service
Proven strength working and communicating within a team
Previous experience required
Food worker and MAST required
