The Interurban Suites Hotel is looking for Front Office Superstars!

 Candidates must be available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

 Open availability is a must.

 We are looking forpositive and hardworkingpeople to join our team. We are looking for

individuals with apositive attitude, great work ethics, and who will strive for excellent

customer service experience.

 Previous front desk experience is preferred.

 Basic computer knowledge is required. Prior experience using windows-based software

including Microsoft Word, Excel, highly preferred.

 Excellent organization and prioritization skill. Must be able to work well as a team.

Job Duties:

 Provide exceptional guest service to all hotel guests.

 Greets and completes standard check-in procedures for arriving guests daily, using both

manual and computerized methods while ensuring guest satisfaction.

 Courteously answers inquiries and accepts reservations, in person, through email and

telephone calls, and help guests with directions and area activities.

 Establish method of payment and verify credit.

 Contributes and maintains established information and communication sources such as

department and front desk logbooks to enhance department communications and

operations.

 Able to learn new Property Management Systems.

 Previous customer service experience preferred.

 Able to stand for extended periods of time.

 Able to lift up-to 20 lbs.

 Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
