Hitchcock Bakeshop, part of Hitchcock Restaurant Group, is hiring full or part-time bakers at their Bainbridge Island bakery located on Day Rd.
Candidates should:
-expect to work bakers' hours, early mornings and weekends
-have experience working in a professional kitchen; professional baking experience is preferred but not required
-have a drivers license, clean driving record, and be comfortable driving a delivery van
-be able to lift 50lbs/utilize large scale baking equipment
-be able to read and accurately follow recipes
-take direction well, be a team player, work with a sense of urgency, and feel comfortable interacting with Bakeshop guests
Pay begins at $20hr + tips DOE
