Hitchcock Restaurant Group is looking for a line cook to work full-time (days and evenings available) in support of the kitchen team at our busy Bainbridge Island all-day cafe.
Duties include opening/closing, line prep for all stations, working service, keeping the kitchen clean, and other duties as assigned.
Please be neat, clean, organized, and able to work on an open line. Applicants must be good team players and take direction well. Our kitchen is in full view of the public and may require some interaction with customers.
