We are a small, high-volume diner in South Kitsap. We are looking for a line cook who has a passion for cooking and is able to maintain quality and consistency, especially at peak times.
Key responsibilities/requirements (but not limited to):
Proven experience in a full-service restaurant.
Be able to work independently, requiring little supervision.
Ability to stay calm and cool under pressure, especially during a rush.
Experience with fryer and flattop.
Can prepare and cook a variety of dishes per restaurant requirements.
Creativity is a plus, being able to create new dishes.
Maintain a clean work environment.
Proven strength in working and communicating within a team.
Able to handle high volume,
Stock and monitor inventory and notify management when supplies are low/out.
Breakfast cook experience is a plus as we serve breakfast all day.
