We’re looking for a Food Server to represent our brand at pop-ups across Seattle and Greater Seattle. If you love engaging with people, have a passion for food, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Serve lunches to corporate clients, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
- Set up and break down stations, including cleaning and handling heavy hotel pans.
- Provide top-tier customer service with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Drive to and from event locations (a personal vehicle is required for this role).
- Return to the U-District kitchen after service for cleanup.
What We’re Looking For:
- Flexible Schedule: Events vary each month, so adaptability is key.
- Weekday Availability: This is a daytime role focused on lunch service, with shifts between 8 AM – 5 PM. Please apply only if you're available on weekdays.
- Experience: Restaurant or food service experience is preferred, but we’re open to passionate individuals with great customer service skills.
- Requirements: A valid food handler’s permit and reliable transportation are mandatory.

We’re looking for a reliable Kitchen Support Staff member to join our ghost kitchen in the U-District. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations by handling customer service, meal packaging, food prep, and cleaning. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with meal service, ensuring efficient food distribution and smooth kitchen operations.
- Prep ingredients to keep the kitchen running efficiently during service.
- Monitor inventory levels, track shortages, and communicate restocking needs.
- Handle dishwashing, cleaning, and general kitchen upkeep, especially during peak hours.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills to help maintain inventory and ensure seamless operations.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate kitchen needs, and stay proactive.
- Flexible availability to support varying lunch and dinner service hours.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced setting and ready to jump in wherever needed.
- Physically capable of standing for up to 7 hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Hours & Availability:
- Average Weekly Hours: 12 - 20 hours/week (with potential for more as the business grows).
- Must be available Friday through Monday.
