Hey Seattle! We are excited to announce that we are officially hiring for the position of floor manager.

We are a new, health and wellness focused cafe located in Green Lake. We offer specialty coffee, an organic local menu, full bar, and holistic events. Our space is a vibrant hub for all things wellness, located one block up from the lake.

We are at the point where the volume and breadth of tasks are too much for us to handle on our own. We are looking for a floor manager to be the next piece of our leadership team here at Pacha. They would match our love for healthy eating, daily movement, and creating quality products for the locals in this hidden gem of a neighborhood.

Floor management duties include:

- Maintaining daily operations, quality control

- FOH scheduling

- Training new FOH staff and part of hiring team

- Expand and maintain company culture

- Inventory management and counts

- Work in tandem with owners for seasonal syrup/drink changes

- Organization & cleanliness top priority

- Working knowledge of all troubleshooting for FOH

- Works in tandem with owner to prep and organize operations/team for events

An ideal candidate loves the hospitality industry, people, and has a personal health journey of their own. Keep in mind that we are a start up, so we are looking for someone who is creative, thinks outside of the box, and is interested in investing in the business for 3+ years to watch it grow. We want to bring you on as a collaborator, someone that is interested in bringing your own unique ideas to the team. There will be a lot of support and communication with the owners, as we both will still be directing food and beverage, operations, events, and HR.

Other logistics about the position:

We are open 7am to 9pm, every day but Sunday (7am-5pm).

We staff morning, mid, and night shifts typically 6-8 hours per shift.

We run a flow floor, where all FOH will be cross trained on coffee and bar regardless of experience.

Floor management would be expected to work full time on the floor, which includes one weekend day.

Pay is hourly, $35/hr guaranteed by the business AND you are a part of the tip pool so potential for more. Roughly $70K annually at base with two weeks off.
