About the job:
Hospitality staff help create amazing experiences for our guests by assisting in the kitchen with meal prep/service and by attending to our facilities (that include cabins, a private lake, hiking trails, and more). Pay starts at $17-18/hr, and if all goes well in the first 60 days, we bump that up. Includes annual wage increase to match inflation. We treat our employees like family, doing our best to work with them on scheduling and sending them home with lots of free food (our food is awesome)!

Pilgrim Firs is a non-for-profit camp located on 120+ acres of wooded land on the shores of Lake Flora in Port Orchard, WA. Our mission is to provide a natural oasis for creativity and community. We primarily serve adult music & art camps, but also do a lot of work with the PTSD foundation, combat vets, and various religious groups. We are committed to LGBT and racial equality.
Ideal candidate:
Reliable, quick learning, and someone who takes pride in doing excellent work. We have a small staff and therefore rely on each member of staff. Experience in food, service or hospitality industry is a plus, but not required. We will train you on all aspects of the job including food service/prep, housekeeping, and the rest.
