Piroshky Baking Company is looking for a seasonal food truck operator to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, hard-working and enthusiastic about representing the company around the Puget Sound.
At this time we have events scheduled through out May, and are adding more and more through the Spring and Summer.
We are hoping to find someone who is open to taking on as many dates that your availability will allow.
Responsibilities
-Preparing Truck in the morning with Food for the day's event ( food truck lives in Kent )
-Safely Driving and Setting up the food truck at the event/location ( Propane and Gas ).
-Baking and Selling goods
-Accurate money handling/reconciling
-Consistent communication with both kitchen staff and manager
- Drive through the Puget Sound Area for events
Qualifications:
-Clean driving record -free from any moving violations going back at least 3 years ( required )
-Good Driving Record, Valid Driver's License
-Previous Experience in the Food Industry - special consideration given for baking
-Previous Experience operating a food truck and box truck
-Flexible availability
-Ability to evaluate and understand the uniqueness of our product and brand
-Comfortable working in smaller quarters, safely and efficiently.
-Desire and ability to offer innovative and creative ideas that lend to a growing local small business
-Dependable transportation
-Must be 18 years or older
Pay: $25.00 ( Plus tips - tips are plentiful on these events )
