We’re hiring an experienced cook who can hold down the line and the kitchen solo. If you’ve got solid skills, a strong work ethic, and take pride in putting out great food consistently—read on.
This role requires someone comfortable working independently. while still keeping up during peak hours. You’ll handle prep, execution, and cleanup, often with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Prep and cook menu items to spec, efficiently and cleanly
Keep your station organized and fully stocked
Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness
Manage time effectively to balance cooking and prep when working solo
Communicate clearly with FOH to ensure smooth service
Qualifications:
4+ years of professional kitchen experience preferred
Comfortable working alone and managing a kitchen independently
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to stay cool under pressure and problem-solve on the fly
ServSafe or food handler certification.
