Two Doors Down, an independently-owned burger bar located on the backside of Capitol Hill, is looking for a part-time cook Wednesday through Fridays from 4 pm to 9 pm. We need an individual with some experience working on a line in a restaurant. Duties include
Light prep - chopping onions, slicing tomatoes, breading rings, making sauces
Assistance on the flat top cooking burgers
Light dishwashing and flipping the line
Portioning and organizing the walk in
Experience opening a restaurant daily is preferred. If you cannot work Wednesday through Friday nights, please do not apply for the job. Otherwise, we offer an opportunity in a non-corporate environment with plenty of opportunity for growth.
