A new and exciting entertainment venue is coming to Lincoln Square South in downtown Bellevue. This concept will feature an all-scratch kitchen, full-service restaurant, and cocktail bar. Opening in June 2024 we are seeking a Chef/Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen operations.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Chef/Kitchen Manager will be responsible for operation of the kitchen, including leading and directing the work of their Sous Chefs, kitchen leads, and hourly team members. The ideal candidate will have 2 or more years’ experience operating a multi-programmed full-service kitchen or high-volume free-standing full-service restaurant concept.
