Drive the delivery of critical engineering feedback and design improvements and support systems across teams through requirement tracking, design, development and test.

Own and drive triage of issues

Partner with quality and design engineering teams to close feedback loops

Engage with customer teams to understand opportunities for process improvement, and drive changes

Work with other engineers to find innovative solutions within fixed design space.

4+ years of software development, or 4+ years of technical support experience

Experience scripting in modern program languages

Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems

Experience in agile/scrum or related collaborative workflow

Experience troubleshooting and documenting findings

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of distributed applications/enterprise applications

Knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating system

Experience analyzing and troubleshooting RESTful web API calls

The base pay for this position ranges from $72,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $182,000/year in our highest geographic market.
