If so, this role as a Product Manager for Amazon Legal Technology may be the perfect opportunity for you.As a Product Manager for the Amazon Legal Technology team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the tools and systems used to manage contracts across Amazon's global Legal department and business teams. You will be responsible for owning and driving the roadmap, development, and delivery of the software solutions that power Amazon's contract management processes.To be successful in this role, you will need:

Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a legal, enterprise software, or highly regulated industry

Strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align cross-functional teams

A passion for driving user-centric innovation and delivering measurable business impact

Flexibility, organization, and a roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic

Work closely with software engineering teams to design, build, and launch new features and capabilities for the Legal technology platform

Collaborate with Legal and business stakeholders to deeply understand their needs, pain points, and requirements around contract management

Develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to continuously improve the user experience and drive productivity gains

Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation and planning to release and ongoing optimization

Run the user community, gathering feedback, writing user stories, and prioritizing the product backlog

Ensure customer requirements are met by working in an agile software development model

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Experience with end to end product delivery

Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Experience as a product manager or owner

Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market.
