The Prime Acquisition org is at the forefront of driving Prime member growth by acquiring Prime members on Amazon. The Mobile Prime member Acquisition charter includes developing a strategy to acquire Prime members through the Google Play Billing and Apple in app purchase across Amazon apps including Shopping and Prime Video apps; partnering with CorpBD and Legal to drive Google/Apple partnership discussions; enabling new upsells and offers through Google and Apple Wallets; developing and owning roadmap for improving signup conversion; and driving acquisition through 1P devices (e.g. Kindle, echo, fire devices). In this role, you will manage a team of PMTs and guide the team on the mobile strategy and execution.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Seattle, WABasic Qualifications

6+ years of team management experience

Bachelor's degree

Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Preferred Qualifications

Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment

Experience leading cross-functional software development teams, operations , UX Designer and other Product Managers

Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition

Experience managing teams

The base pay for this position ranges from $178,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market.
