DescriptionAs a Sr. Product Manager - Technical in the Conversational Assistant Services team, you will lead the development of LLM-based conversational assistants with the latest advances in LLMs and GenAI.This position has a high level of visibility, so you will need to be able to communicate clearly and compellingly at all levels of the company. You will be working closely with Scientists, so you need to be excited about diving into customer needs and cutting-edge AI Science topics. Additionally, you will be responsible for measuring business impact by diving deep into metrics and customer inputs. You should have high ownership, and adapt and iterate on defining products quickly.Key job responsibilitiesIn this position, you will play a pivotal role defining product requirements and roadmap for key aspects of Amazon's conversational assistants. This role will require coordination across many teams and senior stakeholders and will be visible at the highest levels of the company.About the teamAmazon's Conversational Assistant Services team builds the most capable conversational assistants.Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience in technical product management, program management or engineering
Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
3+ years of technical product or program management experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on time
