Description:Architecture firm is looking to bring on a Project Architect support their retail team. This PA will be working under the general supervision of a lead project manager, providing support in design development, construction documents, and construction administration. In order to be considered for the position candidates must:This person must have experience working on the technical design drawings for the exterior core and shell of commercial and/or retail teams. Ideally looking to hire a licensed Project Architect. This person must provide CD sets with technical drawings for wall sections and details of projects that they have supported in their career. In addition to this must have experience working on multiple projects at a time.-Graduate of Architecture or design school-5+ years experience minimum in commercial interior architecture, retail-Experience focused in Core & Shell/Building envelope design -Highly skilled in Revit (must have used consistently in past year)Skills:Architecture, revit, commercial project, construction document, design development, construction administration, building envelope, core and shell, retail project, entitlement, site planTop Skills Details:Architecture,revit,commercial project,construction document,design development,construction administration,building envelope,core and shell,retail projectAdditional Skills & Qualifications:-Working knowledge of the range of design principles and aesthetics

Familiarity with space planning methodology

Familiarity with furnishings and finishes

Intermediate sketching and rendering skills

Intermediate interior architecture detailing skills

Working knowledge of CDs and procedures

Familiarity with building systems, codes and ADA requirements

Familiarity with requirements for the path of travel

Familiarity with contract administration

Commitment to support projects through peaks and valleys
