Description Robert Half is searching for a Product Manager to support a large coffee client based in Seattle, WA. This product manager will be responsible for articulating business problems, defining target metrics, and creating well-formed epics or user stories for engineering teams. This position is 100Remote and a temporary contract (3 months) with potential to extend or convert. Job Duties:
Conduct comprehensive analysis of current and proposed solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation to meet business goals.
Utilize Adobe tools and platforms to design, develop, and manage product features, ensuring they align with overall product strategy and customer needs.
Partner with the data team to leverage data insights and analytics, guiding product development and enhancing decision-making processes.
Drive the creation and delivery of new product features and process improvements, ensuring they are effectively integrated into the product lifecycle.
Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, engineering, and customer support, to ensure cohesive product development and a seamless user experience.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or related role
Skilled in utilizing and supporting the Adobe Experience Platform
Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, Cheetah Loyalty, and Airship.
Strong sense of customer service and stakeholder engagement.
