The team of Regional Recruiters source and drive a pipeline of qualified applicants to the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) for Security Professional positions. The Director will ensure all recruitment processes, practices, compliance, technology, community resources and tools are used in the field to source quality candidates for open positions in a timely manner.RESPONSIBILITIES:Leadership

Lead, hire,train and develop a team of geographically dispersed Regional Recruiting Managers and indirectly manage Regional Recruiters, and the Specialist Team

Coach, educate and influence using data analytics.

Hold recruiting team accountable for understanding and complying with individual contract requirements.

Ensure approved high-volume recruitment process is followed for improved time to fill and to create efficiencies.

Adequate number of qualified candidates are identified and screened.

Develop creative sourcing tactics that are used on a weekly basis.

Wage subsidy programs are found and utilized as appropriate.

Ensure recruiters comply with contracts, state licensing, OFCCP and other regulatory requirements related to recruiting, human resources, and operations.

Manage regional recruitment budget to ensure appropriate advertising methods are used for the best ROI.

Business Partnerships

Partner with Operations to manage clients in areas related to recruitment and retention activities.

Participate in sales presentations.

Assist in managing client expectations around recruitment challenges.

Ensure client concerns are addressed, acted on and improved in a reasonable time frame

Work to support operational leadership to provide guidance and guidelines to ensure hiring managers are participating in iCIMS and the process In a timely and appropriate manner

Partner with community-based organizations, colleges, career centers, and military bases to deploy recruiting initiatives.

Technology and Metric Tracking

Successful management and use of DOMO, Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) and Microsoft Office

Weekly recruitment reports are pulled from Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) and used by management to target critical accounts and recruitment efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must possess one or more of the following:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business or another related field

Associate degree in human resources, Business or other related field combined with five (5) years of human resources/recruiting experience.

High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum combined with five (7) years of human resources/recruiting experience

Minimum of two (2) years in a management role with a large service-related private sector organization, directly leading a team

Minimum of four (4) years of experience recruiting in a high-volume, full-life cycle recruiting environment

Experience in a high-volume, large-team environment.

Proven experience driving goals, executing projects and problem-solving.

Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Thorough understanding of state hiring laws, affirmative action processes and OFCCP/FSLA compliance

Experience working with advanced recruitment technology and talent management systems (including Internet search engines, social media sites, applicant tracking systems, etc.).

Strong computer and Internet experience and ability to learn and adopt new technology.

Ability to develop talent pipelines and creative candidate sourcing plans.

Ability to supervise and motivate others remotely.

Organizational skills as well as effective time management skills

Strong initiative and solid judgment are needed to provide coaching, manage candidates, and influence hiring managers.

Demonstrated accountability for individual performance and the performance of the team in a collaborative team environment with shared responsibilities.

Ability to manage competing demands, accept criticism and receive constructive feedback while being extremely adaptable and flexible

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time throughout the region.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

Master’s degree in human resources, Business or related field of study

Leadership Skills

Recruiting or Sourcing Certifications, AIRS, CIR, etc

Formal sales training and formal advanced recruiting training

Military leadership or recruiting experience is a plus

Data analytics, including strong excel and reporting skills
