Description We are offering an opportunity to join our team in Seattle, Washington as a Sales Support specialist. This role is crucial in our operations, focusing primarily on reviewing customer quote information and preparing sales quotes. This position is a contract employment opportunity, where you will be a key player in the sales process, facilitating smooth transitions between departments, and ensuring accurate billing and invoicing. Responsibilities: Review customer quote information and prepare quotes, utilizing support personnel as required. Create and submit bids to customers within the required timeframe, ensuring all costs and services are itemized accordingly. Maintain accurate paperwork and job files to facilitate smooth transitions to other departments. Prepare and distribute invoices as jobs are completed. Answer any questions pertaining to invoices received by the customer. Utilize CRM and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software to keep track of customer interactions and sales quotes. Utilize Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel, Outlook, and other software such as About Time, to maintain accurate records and perform necessary tasks. Handle cash activity and billing functions with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Communicate effectively with C-Suite and other key stakeholders, providing customer service and client communications as needed. Analyze and interpret data using VLOOKUP and Pivot Table to provide insights for sales quotes and work orders.
