We built Amazon Web Services End User Computing (EUC) services to give companies the agility to respond to the changing needs of their workforce. Our vision is to be the best place for customers to access, deploy, and manage their end user computing resources. We are seeking a talented, self-directed Program Manager to be part of a team focused on increasing awareness and adoption of EUC offerings from AWS. You will be responsible for working within the EUC service team alongside other program managers, product managers, business development managers and with our specialist sellers and solution architects to initiate and run programs to share new features and services with our customers. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the programs and mechanisms to support the expanding EUC business.Key job responsibilities

Thrives in an agile and fast-paced environment on highly visible projects and initiatives, has a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in dynamic business situations.

Provides the right amount of information and insights to business teams, and are also able to dive deep to have a thorough understanding of products and current programs.

Develop and support programs with the service team that drive new growth across each identified workload.

Deliver information on programs, promotions and products to support sellers and business development managers.

Provide feedback and suggestions for program improvement.

Support customer business processes to reduce friction and enable enterprise level engagement.

Initiate programs to accelerate the adoption of Amazon Chime SDK for defined workloads with an ultimate goal of revenue growth.

Is able to juggle competing priorities, be scrappy when necessary and handles ambiguity comfortably.

Demonstrates a history and passion for delivering results and building trust with leadership and peers

3+ years of program or project management experience

3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

3+ years of driving process improvements experience

Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market.
