Turner & Townsend are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in support of our Data Center team. The ideal individual will have prior experience supporting large-scale mission critical construction projects.   Responsibilities:  Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chain to deliver compliant projects. Can analyze, track, and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip. Verify that effective project governance, processes and systems are utilized Ensure application of best practice on all projects. Production of formal project status reports and other reports as required. Monitor the progress of multiple construction projects simultaneously to ensure that the approved design standards are being applied correctly. Manage the interface between all suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviews. Manage the flow of project information between the project team through regular meetings and written communications. Forecast and update key project milestones. Manage and monitor local design teams in accordance with commission criteria. Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders. Rapid response to RFIs from the field. Provide expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance where required. Independent review of status reports, drawing submittals, timelines and costs from architects, contractors and suppliers. Client management – assist in developing excellent working relationships with Clients, with a view towards maximizing new opportunities. Strategic Thinking - provides advice to project teams on approaches that can be adopted to successfully achieve both clients’ objectives and business objectives. Knowledge management – ensure that key information and learnings generated from each project is captured. Process improvement – Identify ways to improve internal systems and processes SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.  Project/Program specifications:  Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality, globally standardized data center designs on time and within budget. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing clear reporting on schedule, cost, and quality metrics throughout the project lifecycle. Drive innovation and proactively identify solutions during design and construction to minimize change orders without compromising quality or reliability. Champion speed, quality, and simplification by eliminating rework, automating manual processes, and standardizing best practices across the organization. Develop and disseminate global best practice documentation to ensure consistency and continuous improvement. Manage design escalations and collaborate with procurement, construction, and external partners to resolve issues efficiently. Inspire and motivate teams to uphold exceptional quality standards in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Influence internal stakeholders, operations teams, and external consultants to align on program-wide design changes.
