The Microsoft Land Management Team maintains recently acquired land and assets by the Data Center team prior to construction. This team manages the property for identified sites.

Responsibilities include:

Management of client sites in the US.

This involves coordination and management of suppliers needed to be engaged for each site's scope of work. Partnership with Procurement partner for supplier contracts.

Provide regular updates to client on site progress through calls, SharePoint sites and Teams communication.

Schedule MES tech visits when applicable in Corrigo.

Coordinate PM site assessments as needed.

Review, track and approve supplier invoices via JBS/BTAP.

Partner with Ops Accounting support on Invoice development and submittal.

Manage Budget and forecast future work.

Utility invoice processing for Palmetto property.

Support to Global sites

Coordinate with LATAM FM team and provide updates of work to client.

Coordinate with APAC team and provide updates of work to client.

Coordinate with EMEA team and provide support as needed.

Manage internal SharePoint site and provide updates to client on MSFT SP site.

Assist with any MSFT - JLL supplier requests with JLL EMEA Accounting contact.
