Find your future with us.The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) organization is seeking an Offensive Security Engineer to support Cyber Test Capability in the evaluation of enterprise-wide product portfolio located in Seattle, WA. The selected applicant will be a key member of an of an offensive security team supporting either 1) Test execution (risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, penetration tests) or 2) Innovation team responsible for the development of advanced offensive cyber tools.BT&E is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including: Associate, Experienced, or Senior level Offensive Security Engineers.Position Responsibilities Include:

Support the development, implementation, and sustainment of product security tooling and tactics throughout the requirements, design, build, test, production, operations, and support lifecycle

Develop, document and maintain architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces and design for software systems

Design and drive the development of new tactics, techniques and procedures

Support the execution of Mission Based Cyber Risk Assessments, Vulnerability Assessments, Penetration Tests and Incident Response events

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science

1+ years of experience creating and documenting test plans/procedures, executing tests, analyzing results, and/or creating test reports

1+ years of experience working with stakeholders to integrate, plan and execute cyber test events

Experience presenting to business leaders and technologist alike

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

5 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience deploying AI/ML classification algorithms

Experience with reverse engineering of binaries

Experience executing, extending, and developing exploits

Experience with RF testing

Experience developing avionics software

Experience with memory forensics

Experience with QEMU

Experience translating user requirements into actionable engineering tasks

Experience in system and software architectures
