IFS Configuration Analyst

Description Robert Half is searching for an IFS Configuration Analyst for a Transportation, Logistics, and Supply Chain client based in Seattle, Washington. This role will primarily focus on providing production support for IFS Cloud ERP, including configurations, reporting, integrations, and modifications. As part of this role, you will also be responsible for data management and access, as well as providing mentoring and guidance to the team.This is a long-term contract (6-7 months) position that would be hybrid in Seattle, WA (Harbor Island), 3 days/week onsite, 2 days/remote. The pay rate range is flexible based on candidate experience and skill set. Responsibilities: Provide production support for IFS Cloud ERP, including configurations, reporting, integrations, and modifications Manage and maintain data within IFS Cloud ERP Ensure secure and efficient access to IFS Cloud ERP Mentor and guide team members on best practices and procedures Troubleshoot issues related to IFS Cloud ERP and devise effective solutions Utilize your skills in Cloud ERP and Enterprise Resource Planning to optimize system functionality Apply your knowledge in application configuration and integration for system enhancements Use data reporting tools to generate informative reports for decision making Maintain an open line of communication to address any inquiries or concerns regarding system operations.Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience working with IFS Demonstrated skills in application configuration and integration. Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Must possess a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
