Description:Our newly created Finance Systems Jr Analyst role will support the maintenance of our NetSuite ERP, in addition to other related business applications like Zuora, Coupa, etc. and assist with enhancements and implementations for those systems under the direction of Sr Analysts and the Senior Manager of Finance Systems.Responsibilities Include: ● Respond to and resolve day-to-day tickets for bugs or requests in the above-named systems● Assist Sr team members with the implementation and maintenance of configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet the evolving needs of the finance team.● Maintain proper system access for user roles ensuring compliance with segregation of duties.● Support onboarding of additional business units and acquired subsidiaries onto Zuora Billing and related quote-to-cash systems● Provide internal, ongoing system/technical support to NetSuite and Zuora users, with a focus on superior customer service.● Provide support of business facing applications and troubleshooting to diagnose, isolate and resolve issues.● Provide quality and timely communication regarding system status.● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of system functionality, customization and integration.Skills:coupa, analyst, procure to pay, netsuite, zuoraAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Qualifications:● Experience with ERP administration, configuration, and 3rd party integrations in complex environments, including experience with NetSuite● Previous experience with Zuora Billing/Revenue, and Coupa will be a plus● Experience working on roles, permissions, page layouts, custom objects, scripting, workflows, reports and dashboards● A strong understanding of business processes and requirements● Strong analytical and problem solving skills● Strong written and verbal communication skills● Ability to work independently after receiving the appropriate training and guidance● Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams● Ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and remain professional and flexible in high pressure situationsAbout Aston Carter: Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
