Description:This team is responsible for the Procure to Pay lifecycle for Tax Advisory engagements and operational financial planning. This person will be responsible for reviewing procurement requests related to Tax Advisory and supporting Tax Managers.Key job responsibilities
This person’s responsibilities will include developing and implementing simplification and legal automation projects, supporting with litigation and compliance matters, reviewing, drafting, and negotiating agreements, and managing complex projects for the Procure-to-pay team.
This person provides a cross-functional bridge between colleagues in Tax who are business-facing and attorneys in legal procurement who negotiate contracts with counterparties of all sizes globally.
The person will also be responsible for proposing process improvement opportunities identifying redundancies and streamlining processes with self-driven automation coordination with related tech teams or driving policy updates.
Leverages technical solutions to scale the ever-increasing and diversifying demands of the company's global business model.
This person will support operational financial planning and analysis.
Basic Qualifications:
4 years of tax finance legal/paralegal or related analytical field experience
Advanced excel skills
Experience working in a large public accounting firm or multi-national corporate tax finance or procurement department
Excellent organizational interpersonal and communication written and verbal skills
Bachelor's degree required
