HR Generalist

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an HR Generalist in Seattle, Washington. The role is within the financial services industry and will involve the use of various HR systems and software, such as ADP and Ceridian. The work environment is fast-paced and requires a strong focus on customer service and maintaining accurate records.Responsibilities: Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now to manage HR processes Use ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient data transfer Leverage Ceridian and HRMS for human resources management Employ 'About Time' software for efficient time tracking and management Conduct thorough auditing to ensure accurate records and compliance Perform background checks as part of the recruitment process Manage benefit functions and leave administration, including FMLA and Family Medical Leave Provide excellent customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status. Requirements Proficient in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now Familiar with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Experience with HR software such as Ceridian and HRMS Capability to use time tracking software such as About Time Proficiency in Auditing procedures Capable of conducting Background Checks Knowledge of Benefit Functions Excellent Customer Service skills Familiarity with Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) Experience in Leave Administration Understanding of Family Medical Leave procedures Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field Prior experience in a similar role is preferred Certification in Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) is an advantage Excellent problem-solving skills Detail-oriented and have excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently and within a team Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
