Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an HR Generalist in Seattle, Washington. This role is integral to our operations, focusing on tasks such as leave management, onboarding, employee engagement, workers compensation, and job posting. This role requires the ability to interact with different teams in a real, connective way.Responsibilities: Oversee the onboarding process for new employees to ensure smooth integration into the company. Implement and manage employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment. Handle workers compensation cases, ensuring all are processed in a timely and accurate manner. Post jobs and requisitions as needed to attract top talent. Monitor and manage leave requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. Utilize software such as ADP, Ceridian, and HRMS to manage and streamline HR processes. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Manage and resolve employee relations issues, fostering a positive workplace culture. Administer employee benefits functions to ensure all employees are aware of their entitlements. Handle compensation administration, ensuring all employees are compensated fairly and in line with industry standards. Requirements Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Knowledge of Ceridian and HRMS tools Experience with the 'About Time' software Expertise in Benefit Functions Understanding of Compensation Administration Proven experience in Compliance Strong skills in Employee Relations Previous work in a HR Generalist role is preferred Capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Strong organizational and time management skills Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field is preferred.
