By providing a comprehensive stormwater management solution, property owners will no longer need to worry about regulatory liabilities or drainage problems.Our ideal candidate:We are looking for a Field Service Coordinator who has a passion for the environment, is ready and willing to learn, and is an assertive self-starter. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and experience in scheduling/dispatch or project management/coordination. A positive, detail-oriented, team player is a must.Please note: This can be a hybrid role after the initial probationary period is complete. Applicants should be prepared to work in-person in the office a minimum of 3 days a week.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain the master service schedule to achieve business goals.Optimize resource allocation and utilization to maximize productivity and efficiency. Assign personnel and equipment to projects based on availability, skills, and project specifications.Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and subcontractors to ensure alignment of schedules and resources.Proactively identify scheduling conflicts, resource constraints, or other operational challenges. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and implement solutions to minimize disruptions and delays.Monitor project progress and performance. Conduct regular reviews and inspections to ensure adherence to project scope, timeline, and quality standards.Administer job-completion paperwork, including generation of maintenance certificates and service reports, and oversee the sending of completion paperwork to our customers.Evaluate current scheduling procedures and recommend changes to improve the efficiency of planning and scheduling.Perform field service work during training and intermittently thereafter to become an expert in stormwater system maintenance and enable accurate scheduling.Note: Training will be providedQualificationsProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Undergraduate degree is preferred but not requiredPrevious experience in scheduling/dispatch, project management/coordination, or field service operations is preferred but not requiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong history of success in previous rolesGoal motivatedBenefitsHealth insurancePaid time off401(k)401(k) matching Apply now in 2 minutes!
