Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Seattle, Washington. The primary role of this position is to provide exceptional customer service, including greeting guests, ticket sales, and general customer assistance. This position will be a short-term contract opportunity.Responsibilities: Greet guests and facilitate guest registration process Provide wristbands to ticket holders Handle ticket sales for walk-in customers Respond to customer inquiries and provide general customer service Ensure visitors adhere to site rules, such as removing shoes before entering a home Maintain a friendly and welcoming attitude towards all visitors Manage cash transactions for on-the-spot ticket sales Ensure a smooth visitor experience by answering questions and providing assistance as needed Requirements Role: Customer Service Representative No specific years of experience required Strong customer service skills are essential Ability to ensure customer satisfaction Must have excellent communication skills Ability to work well in a team Problem-solving skills are a must Proficiency in using computer systems and software Ability to handle customer complaints and queries effectively Flexibility to work in shifts.
