Job Title: Accounts Payable ManagerJob DescriptionAs an Accounts Payable Manager, you will lead and direct the AP team, including the AP Lead, Staff Accountant, and Billing Clerk, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments across various disbursement workflows. You will be responsible for ensuring documented approvals per company policy, accurate recording, and assisting with month-end closing procedures including AP accruals. Disbursement workflows include PO and non-PO processing via Coupa and MS Dynamics (Great Plains), vendor ACH debits, vendor portal payments, credit card payments, and wires.Responsibilities

Lead and direct the AP team, including the AP Lead, Staff Accountant, and Billing Clerk.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments across various disbursement workflows.

Ensure documented approvals per company policy and accurate recording.

Assist with month-end closing procedures including AP accruals.

Manage PO and non-PO processing via Coupa and MS Dynamics (Great Plains).

Handle vendor ACH debits, vendor portal payments, credit card payments, and wires.

Essential Skills

2-3 years of accounts payable experience at a mid/high level company.

2-3 years of managerial experience overseeing a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office productivity applications.

Experience with Coupa (preferred) and MS Dynamics.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Assertive problem solver with well-developed analytic and process improvement skills.

Ability to meet deadlines.

Working knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping theories and practices.

Work EnvironmentThis is primarily an in-office role where you will be required to sit for long periods of time working with computers, copiers, and telephones. The role involves infrequent light physical effort.
