FORM Architecture, a progressive Spokane area custom residential and commercial Architectural office with licenses in multiple states, is seeking a VERY production oriented Revit-based Project Manager/Design Drafter to help with our growing project workload, both residential & commercial.
Seeking skilled Revit Designers/PM's able to handle complex tasks and projects; which will involve design, drafting and construction document coordination. Must be able to create complete plan sets with little or no hand-holding.
A MIN. of 5 years of actual Architectural Revit Production work experience required. Someone that can jump in and "Carry the ball" with little oversight.
We have many awesome and progressive custom residential and commercial projects in multiple states; if you like working on a lot of different types of projects, this is your place! Depending on experience, you can and will be involved in all aspects of design and production, including client/contractor meetings, project managing, design drafting, and permit documents.

We do ALL of our design and production in Revit; need someone VERY savvy in Revit. AutoCad and Sketchup experience a plus, mostly for dealing with Engineering Consultants.

MUST LIVE IN SPOKANE/CDA AREA.
No remote work, as in-office and on-site meetings with our clients are part of the job responsibilities.
Seeking full-time employee, but will consider contract basis as well.
