Our second clinic location in Tacoma WA is looking for a full-time BCBA with exemplary clinical skills and knowledge of providing treatment to individuals accessing services through their medical insurance benefits. In this position the BCBA will be the site lead of our south sound center-based team reporting to the executive clinical director. They will be responsible for all assessment, programming, supervision, and clinical data-based decisions for each client. The lead will supervise a team of CBT's and provide ongoing training and performance feedback. Additionally, they will meet with parents/stakeholders to ensure continuity of care and collaboration.
Our ideal candidate will be proficient in writing appropriate behavior analytic treatment plans targeting realistic and socially valid goals, implementing FBA's, administering assessments {ABAS-3, BRIEF-2, VB MAPP, ABLLS, etc}, designing relevant and effective behavior management protocols, experience with naturalistic teaching strategies, understanding of operational tasks to maintain the clinic, and developing a positive work culture in the clinic.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
1) BCBA & LBA in good standing
2) Pass a criminal background check
3) 1+yrs supervisory experience
4) Strong organizational skills
5) Ability to self manage
