About Us: WayThrough is a trailblazing organization dedicated to providing wraparound services to neurodivergent individuals and their families. Our families are often experiencing high levels of distress due to complex issues such as mental health, trauma, attachment/adoption, recovery, grief/loss etc. Our job is to stabilize individuals and their families before referring them to less intensive services. Our innovative approach emphasizes intense collaboration and mutual support between BCBA's, psychologists, recovery coaches, educational consultants, teachers, and families, all with the aim of empowering neurodivergent individuals to take prosocial control over their own lives and treatment.

Position: BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) or LABA or Practicum Students

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments across multiple environments, create reports (FBA/BIP) and treatment plans, and devise and implement evidence-based interventions (e.g. ACT, motivational interviewing) train and supervise behavior therapists as well as use data to refine and strengthen your interventions

Develop collaborative alliance with parents, teachers and other stakeholders while at the same time providing support, education, and training to them

Seek and enjoy close collaboration and learning from all members of the team

Qualifications:

Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as well as WA state licensing OR WA Licensed LABA

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field OR working toward Master’s

Drive to learn, innovate, and collaborate in service to a passion for improving people’s lives

Excellent skills in taking initiative, collaborative problem solving, perspective taking, writing and analytical skills as well as a dedication to following through on your commitments as well as a healthy dose of skepticism for the status quo.

At least 2 years’ experience providing ABA to neurodivergent individuals and their families across various settings (e.g., home, school, community).

A deep commitment to social justice and personal experience in calling out ableism and working for equity and inclusion.
