Responsibilities:
Lead and assist in the implementation of engaging school activities and lessons.
Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for students, promoting learning and personal growth.
Collaborate with fellow team members to develop creative and educational lesson plans.
Provide one-on-one or group academic support, addressing students' individual needs and challenges.
Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians about students' progress.
Ensure the safety and well-being of students during all activities.
Participate in both on-site and off-site training to enhance your skills and teaching methods.
Qualifications:
Strong passion for working with children and helping them grow academically and socially.
Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and fellow staff.
Positive attitude, patience, and enthusiasm for creating a nurturing learning environment.
Previous experience in a teaching, tutoring, or mentoring role is a plus.
Ability to adapt to various learning styles and effectively address students' diverse needs.
Must be able to pass federal background checks and drug screening.
