100% remote customer service position, for the technical-comfortable

We are looking for a customer service person to help support customers of a large enterprise software service.

You can be non-technical, and we will train you, but you need to be comfortable working with a technical product, working with technical people and helping diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues (at least at a very basic level).

You must be very detail oriented, very responsible, and capable of consistent high quality work without constant supervision.

We will train you in all aspects of the job, but prior customer service experience and/or some technical work, such as technical testing, is highly valued.

The work hours have some flexibility but a Saturday shift will be required (most likely 6a to 2p PT) and 2-3 weeknight shifts will also be required (likely 2p-midnight).

The position is 100% remote.

This is a great position for remote students or others who have flexible schedules. We have a friendly, small team, with several long term members.
