SwiftCARB, a world class industrial cutting tool manufacturer seeks to fill an important customer service position in our south Kent location. If you enjoy working in a business-casual environment and have excellent phone and customer service skills, we would like to talk with you.
Your customer service experience is key as you take incoming customer calls, research orders and answer general questions. You'll also pull stock and package it for shipping, help with ongoing inventory control and do other similar tasks. Your ability to follow directions through to completion is important. Being part of our small team means your contribution will be recognized and rewarded.
This is a full time position Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Start at $18 - $20 per hour with raises based on performance, full benefits including 100% COMPANY PAID health insurance after 90 days. There is substantial room for personal advancement for those willing to contribute to our team effort.
