Mobile Automotive customer service rep

This job will require daily travel in a provided company vehicle while you travel to our clients' shops. You need to have experience working with cars and with clients.

We are a very fast-paced logistics company that knows how to get things done and have fun doing them. We have been in operation on the collision side of the industry for over 24 years. We have a fabulous crew and need another CSR. We also give out monthly bonus based on overall shop performance.

This is a permanent, long-term position. Normal Business Hours! Pay is based on experience. We service 40 collisions shops in the area.

You will drive a company vehicle to several of our customers’ shops. At those locations you will take inventory of the cars they have on property, update status on cars you have seen before. Pre & post scan tools with provided gear and write estimates for ADAS calibrations and inspections needed.

Responsibilities:

· Drive daily to various shops you will be on the road every day driving your daily rout.

· Take inventory

· Scan & Diagnose Vehicles that have been in an accident with a scan tool

· Write estimate of your findings

· Properly track and document activity log

· Report any issues or incidents to dispatch

· Inspect car daily

· Self-Managing

· Treat Equipment Correctly

Qualifications:

· Must have a clean driving record.

· Previous experience in automotive field or other related fields

· Excellent customer service and communication with all our clients shop personnel

· Preferred car knowledge

· Strong work ethic

· No Drama

· We are a drug/smoke/Vape free Company (Drug Screening will be required)
