Customer Service Rep (CSR) Body Shop/ Collision Repair Shop

Collision Repair Shop / Body Shop in North Seattle looking for a friendly, task oriented customer service representative. This job requires a great attitude and some knowledge of cars. Daily tasks involve greeting customers, explaining the repair process, inspecting damages with customers, answering telephone calls, scheduling and updating customers, accepting payments, checking in cars prior to repairs, and making sure customers are happy with the repair process and their questions are answered. Other duties include closing repair orders, managing accounts receivables, and bookeeping. Friendliness and a positive attitude are the most important qualities needed in this position. You will be on your feet a lot and interacting with customers throughout the day in person, by voice, text, and email. Your day will be filled with many tasks to complete all while customers drop off and pick up their cars, and phone calls, texts, and emails need to be made and answered. Ability to move from task to task and be organized a must. Please do not apply if you prefer a "quieter" job or you do not consider yourself a "people first" person. Prior customer service experience in the industry preferred but not required.
