Looking For Experienced Customer Service Representative

Fast paced front desk CSR answering phones, greeting customers, providing estimates to major dealerships, insurance agencies and customers.

Must be able to multitask, be professional in appearance and grammar and able to handle multiple phone lines. Use a computer to generate quotes, work orders and invoices. Excellent computer skills required.

Experience with scheduling technicians for mobile and in-shop jobs. Order supplies and parts for daily workload. Coordinate schedule with technicians. Able to adapt to change and problem solving.

Candidates must be able to open promptly at 8:30 AM and close at 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday. Self-starter who can handle and solve customer issues. Ability to make quick decisions, maintain customer relationships with vendors, dealers and agencies.

Must also be able to learn internal software, generate quotes and be excellent with figures and percentages. Heavy interaction with insurance companies regarding claims approvals, pricing and follow up on invoices submitted.

The ideal candidate will have had extensive customer service background, used to interacting with customers in person and over the phone. A positive attitude and good communication skills are a must.
