As part of our service team, you will work as the liaison between customers and a team of skilled automotive technicians to identify and satisfy customers' automotive maintenance and repair needs. Customer service - professional experience serving people
Computer savvy - experience with and knack for learning and navigating various software
Typing - fast accurate typing skills
Listening - ability not only to hear, read, and discern various verbal and body language styles, but also validate what you received
Communication - ability to articulate clearly your message both verbally and in writing
Problem solving - successful history analyzing and solving problems in a work environment
Automotive - fundamental knowledge of vehicle systems

Strong automotive knowledge
Can drive a manual transmission vehicle
