Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marine Service Manager located in Seattle, WA on Lake Union. The Marine Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in the service department for our Seattle location, managing service personnel, coordinating and scheduling service requests, customer follow up, warranty administration, ordering & accounting for parts from our vendors, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Marine Service Manager main responsibility will be maintaining outstanding follow up and customer service with clients. Troubleshooting warranty related issues on new boats, ordering parts from our vendors to, accounting for parts properly, troubleshooting issues, scheduling, assisting the technicians for repairs.
Qualifications
Experience in managing a service department or team
Prior Experience using Dealer Management software / scheduling
Knowledge of new boat systems, repairs, installing upgrades, marine electronics, etc.
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
Knowledge of boating industry trends and products
Strong customer service orientation
Exceptional work ethic
Proficient with computers
Compensation:
Salary: $103,000.00 Annually
Medical/Dental/Vision: Company pays 80 Percent
401K: Matched up to a percentage after grace period
