JAN-PRO offers customized commercial cleaning plans and dedicated support for JAN-PRO Cleaning and Disinfecting Franchisees (also known as Certified Business Owners) through our network of Regional Franchise Developers (RFDs). Must maintain JAN-PRO brand standards, keep up with the latest technologies, JAN-PRO branded processes, cleaning techniques and auditing of services. The combination of proprietary processes and an extensive cleaning regiment each visit, with ongoing certification keeps JAN-PRO Cleaning & Disinfecting Franchisees the leaders in commercial cleaning.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Responsible for the day to day running of the Operations department.

All Operations Managers report directly to the Director Of Operations.

Maintain and keep the company CRM system up to date.

Make sure all work orders and required paperwork are completed in a timely fashion.

Calls new accounts within 24 hours of receiving notice of new customer.

Meets with new contacts to establish relationships.

Performs initial assessment via ‘walk-through’ with the new potential Franchise Owners.

Sets up new accounts and provides assistance in the accounts process.

Responsible for the onboarding and training of new Franchisee Owners including on-site training.

Monitor supply orders where Jan-Pro is responsible for placing them.

Resolves customer complaints as necessary.

Transfers customers between franchise owners if requested.

Informs all owners of transfers and assists in the transfer process through walk-throughs and information exchange.

Facilitates resolution of customer complaints.

Client Retention.

Inspects accounts at the rate of once per month or quarterly depending on preset schedule.

On site visits with Franchise Owners as and when needed.

Qualifications:

College Degree preferred.

Strong understanding of the commercial cleaning and disinfecting business.

Demonstrable knowledge of floors and preventative maintenance.

Minimum of 3 years working in a managerial role.

Computer literate.

COMPENSATION

Salary $70-80k depending on experience.

Bonus partly dependent on personal and company performance.

Car allowance.

Healthcare benefits paid at 75%.

PTO 15 days plus 2 additional days. / Rising to 20 plus 2 additional days after 5 years service

Company is closed on Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Independence Day.
