We are a growing Property Management Company in need of a part-time Accounting Manager/Controller. Owner is a CPA and has done this work up until now, but it's become too much for one person to handle.
Duties would include:
-Bank Reconciliations
-Annual NNN Reconciliation
-Rent Collection Managment
-Manage payables process
-Ensuring quality of monthly reporting
-Aanswering questions for property managers and tenants
-Preparing security deposit returns
-billing commercial tenants and more.
Time commitment would be around 20 hours per week, with room for growth. This is not remote and requires someone to come into the office once or twice per week to review and scan the massive amount of mail we received on a weekly basis.
Appfolio, Quickbooks, and commercial real estate experience is required
Compensation is negotiable. DOE. We are happy to pay the right person very fairly.
