Key Responsibilities
- Perform double entry bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in account management, including accounts receivable and payable.
- Support payroll processing and tax filing requirements
- Assist with bank reconciliations and financial reporting
- Handle general office duties including filing, correspondence, and phone support
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and office administration
- Project based accounting for service-based company
- Proficiency in QuickBooks required
- Strong skills in Microsoft and Google Suite
