Established, reputable landscape company looking for an in-house Bookkeeper/Office Manager. 20-25 hours per week. Contract.
-Use Quickbooks online to manage Biweekly Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable
-Work with CPA for annual returns, estimated taxes etc
- Oversee daily office operations
- Handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks
- Perform tax preparation and account reconciliation duties
- Conduct bank reconciliations and accounts receivable analysis
- Provide technical accounting support as needed
Experience:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper/office manager or in a similar role
- Knowledge of governmental accounting principles and practices
- Experience with account reconciliation, budgeting, and tax preparation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
- Proficient in 10-key typing and other relevant software applications
Flexible schedule. Looking for someone to work on-site 3-4 days/week. 20-25 hours/week.
