POSITION TYPE: Full-Time, Hourly
LOCATION: Auburn, WA
WAGE SCALE: $21.00-$24.00
Benefits: Full-time Regular Employees (and their families) can enroll in medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and 401K. Employees will also accrue 80 hours of vacation per year for the first 9 years and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review vendor statements to ensure timely payment of invoices
- Performs inquiry and posting of invoices, auditing quantity and pricing for accuracy
- Verify all invoice coding is accurate for payment processing
- Review intercompany statements once a month and address non-current balance timely
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors
- Set up new vendors for payment
- Ability to work and interact professionally with all levels of the organization and outside vendors
- Various other duties and periodic assignments as requested by management
REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate degree or equivalent from college or technical school; or 1+ years of accounts payable experience preferably in the construction or building materials industry with multiple locations.
- Hands on experience with SAP is highly preferred but not required.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Regular attendance is required
