Description of work:
Compiling data from multiple sources into a singular complete and accurate data set or utilizing that information to prepare comm elements.
Track & report the status of open construction projects / open requests.
Process raw data into an output report that can be shared to space leads.
Maintain up-to-date allocation maps and accurate data records for space usage/owners.
Perform building walks to identify areas where improvements or support requests are needed.
Snapshot of the required skills: Strong written communication skills. Analytical skills to interpret, consolidate, and ensure data accuracy. Exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel, with some experience in Visio and Power BI. Ability to stay organized, be flexible in response to changing priorities, and proactive in finding ways to support others when time permits. Handles sensitive information appropriately and maintains absolute confidentiality.
